Requirements:


You are a polished Design Professional who uses Revit and AutoCAD regularly. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of security design projects in Revit and AutoCAD. You are committed to gaining experience and growing in excellence. You are passionate about supporting clients through security design and construction projects.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Lead BIM Technician on projects
  • Provides input on improvement of ADRM design standards
  • Effectively manage multiple project models of varying size and duration
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage
  • Maintain effective relationships with design, project, and client teams
  • Assist in the development of design documents to include CAD and Revit design, countermeasure schedules, cabling and conduit schedules, device typicals, risers, programming schedules, budgets, and specifications
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture/Architectural technology, Computer Aided Drafting and Design, or equivalent or related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Design and Production environment
  • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Bluebeam Revu applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Hard working and dedicated to absolute customer satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain professional and positive behavior
  • Ability to focus for long periods of time
  • Able to pass a comprehensive background check and integrity interview
