Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 public school setting located in Adams, MA. This contract position offers a chance to work directly with students across all grade levels, providing essential speech and language support services throughout the school year. Part-time candidates who are able to complete compensatory services outside of school hours will also be considered, offering some flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with diverse communication needs.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Provide compensatory services as needed for students requiring additional support beyond typical school hours.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology credentials, including CCC certification preferred.
- Experience working in the school setting with K-12 students.
- Knowledge of current speech-language pathology assessment and intervention strategies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
