Job Description

The Unit Manager-RN/LPN position at Southwood at Norwell Nursing Center offers a full-time, day shift role with a competitive hourly salary of $40-$46.

• The role involves supervising resident care, developing care plans, administering nursing care, and overseeing nursing staff, in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Qualifications include an active RN/LPN license in MA, graduation from an accredited nursing school, at least 3 years of nursing management experience, and 1 year in long-term care.
