Duties:
<ul>
<li>Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications and rates</li>
<li>Load semi-automated machines safely and cautiously according to process instructions</li>
<li>Inspect parts according to quality specifications</li>
<li>Help maintain a clean and organized workspace</li>
<li>Analyze inspection data, as required</li>
<li>Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy</li>
<li>Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Lean standards</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Strong work ethic</li>
<li>Positive attitude</li>
<li>High school or equivalent level of education</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Some experience in manufacturing is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to sit, stand, bend, and twist throughout the shift</li>
