Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Med-Surg/Tele RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Medical-Surgical and Acute Rehab nursing, with the ability to float between units as needed. Charge RN experience is required, along with prior travel nursing experience (minimum 3 months).

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to patients in a Med-Surg and Acute Rehab setting
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond to changes in cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Serve as Charge RN when scheduled, coordinating patient care and staff workflow
• Float between Med-Surg and Acute Rehab units based on staffing needs
• Document all care accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of assignment (or compact license if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg & Rehab experience – Required
• Charge RN experience – Required
• Previous travel experience (minimum 3 months) – Required
• BLS and ACLS certifications – Required
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and patient needs
