Job Title: User Acceptance Test Analyst
Location: Quincy, MA, 02169, Hybrid.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced User Acceptance Test Analyst to support ongoing and upcoming technology initiatives through August 2026. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of testing experience, with demonstrated expertise in analyzing business requirements, developing and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with stakeholders for issue resolution.
This role requires strong experience with software development lifecycles, third-party system integrations, and agile testing practices, especially in State Based Marketplaces (SBMs) and Health Insurance Exchange environments. Previous public sector or government project experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed test scenarios and maintain traceability of test cases.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts across various modules to ensure business process coverage.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors for integrated, end-to-end testing.
- Log and track defects with clear impact assessments; participate in defect triage meetings and manage retesting cycles.
- Work closely with QA Manager, Implementation Leads, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Contribute to the development of detailed test plans and ensure comprehensive coverage and timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with established testing methodologies and quality standards.
- Provide timely updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+years of experience in software testing, specifically UAT.
- Strong understanding of State Based Marketplaces (SBMs) and Health Insurance Exchanges.
- Prior experience working on local, state, or federal government IT projects is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365, Excel, Visio, and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
