- Location: Berlin, Vermont (05602) – Vermont healthcare jobs\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2260-$2430\n
- Assignment Duration: 16 weeks (option to extend up to 32 weeks)\n
- Healthcare Setting: Community Hospital Radiology Department\n
- Shift: 8-hour rotating shifts (Day/Evening); variable start times between 7:00am and 5:30pm\n
- Hours per Week: 40\n
- Weekend/Holiday: Rotating coverage among 5 Rad Techs (8am-2pm Sat/Sun and holidays)\n
- Imaging Equipment: Philips, Canon, Carestream, Philips Portables, OEC C-arms\n
- Documentation System: Epic Radiant EHR\n
- Floating: Required between radiology and orthopedic units\n
- Dress Code: Scrubs (no specific color required)\n
\n\nRadiology Technologist Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech)\n
- At least 2 years in Diagnostic Imaging specialty\n
- Active ARRT certification required\n
- BLS certification required\n
- Experience in a teaching facility preferred\n
- Proficiency with OR cases, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm imaging\n
- Recent (within 2 years) Epic Radiant EHR experience (mandatory)\n
- Ability to float between units as needed\n
- Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (public transportation not available)\n
- Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires November–April\n
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures: X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm operations\n
- Support operating room (OR) cases and provide imaging for all age groups\n
- Accurately document procedures and patient data in Epic Radiant EHR\n
- Float between main radiology and orthopedic departments as required\n
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations for department coverage\n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient care\n
- Utilize teleradiology services (Vrad) for image interpretation as needed\n
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards\n
