Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families, addressing their unique needs and fostering a path to healing.
• Develop comprehensive crisis and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey and maintain stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, including billing and treatment plans, upholding the highest professional standards.
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license as required by state regulations.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Effective time management skills for documentation and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
