Duties:
- Conduct initial and ongoing physical and environmental assessments in the patient’s home.
- Evaluate patient conditions, symptoms, and vital signs to develop or update the care plan.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects or reactions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication usage and schedules.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, injections, and other medical treatments.
- Operate medical equipment (e.g., IV pumps, catheters, feeding tubes) safely and effectively.
Requirements:
With active VT/Multistate RN license
BLS (AHA)
