Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd Shift

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $32–$38/hour + Shift Differential + Monthly Bonus

Devens, MA

Our client, a leader in the corrugated manufacturing industry and an affiliate of a major national manufacturing group, is hiring a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift. What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems on production and plant equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) to reduce downtime and improve reliability

• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues

• Read and work from schematics, drawings, and specifications

• Support maintenance projects including fabrication, welding, plumbing, and mechanical repairs

• Ensure corrugating and process equipment operates safely and efficiently

• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures

• Communicate effectively with maintenance teammates, production, management, and vendors

• Complete required safety training and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  (or equivalent combination of technical school and hands-on experience)

• Manufacturing experience required

Technical Skills

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Working knowledge of:

  • AC/DC motor controls

  • PLCs, motors, and automated machinery

  • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

  • Electrical wiring codes and schematics

• Comfortable working with industrial computers and automated systems
