Production Manager

Responsibilities of the Production Manager
- Plan production schedule and manage employee workflow in a high-mix environment
- Lead, train, and provide guidance to team members
- Analyze delays and recommend improvements to maximize machine uptime
- Ensure efficient utilization of materials
- Manage and oversee ERP system for the division
- Manage department KPIs
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Foster a safe, healthy, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment
Qualifications of the Production Manager
- Familiar with a fast-paced, high volume-manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, with machine operation and assembly processes, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (business management, finance, engineering or related field) preferred
- Business acumen mindset to focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Strong math and financial analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities
- Lean manufacturing experience, Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
This full-time, direct-hire Production Manager opportunity offers $70,668-$85,228/year, depending on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
