The Director, Enterprise Systems is responsible for the overall strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the NetSuite ERP system, and supporting systems, to drive operational excellence and support the organization's growth objectives. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all enterprise systems align with the company's business goals.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP of IT to define a long-term enterprise systems roadmap that aligns with business objectives and supports growth.
  • Lead the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day operations of the NetSuite ERP platform, including configuration, customization, workflows, reporting, and user enablement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver system solutions, and ensure data accuracy and alignment across platforms.
  • Oversee system integrations using iPaaS tools (e.g., Celigo, Workato, SPS Commerce, Pipe17) to streamline workflows and maintain data synchronization across key applications.
  • Establish and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities within NetSuite to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance and lead resolution of application issues in coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and platform support (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold data integrity and alignment across interconnected enterprise systems.
  • Support core business applications including Shopify, Segment, Ramp, Centric, Snowflake, Tableau and others across the tech stack.
  • Lead internal team performance and manage external vendors and consultants, ensuring delivery quality, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support business continuity by proactively identifying and mitigating risks across enterprise systems and integrations.
  • Other duties as identified by the VP of IT or senior leadership that are applicable to the role.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise business systems, including NetSuite ERP, with increasing scope and responsibility and preferably in a 3PL-supported eCommerce environment.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite, including order management, inventory, returns/RMAs, freight, duties, general ledger, SuiteScript, workflows, and key SuiteApps (e.g., Avalara, Segment, Celigo, Importal)
  • Strong experience integrating ERP systems using iPaaS tools (e.g., Celigo, Workato, Pipe17, SPS Commerce), including architecture and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, or a demonstrated ability to effectively partner with Finance stakeholders.
  • Experience managing inventory transactions and data flows across integrated systems, especially in environments with physical goods movement.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven people management and leadership skills, with a hands-on, resourceful, and proactive approach.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, able to anticipate needs and take ownership of results.
  • Collaborative team player who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude.

The base salary range listed here represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of NOBULL’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses.
