Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Pharmacy Technician ready to contribute to a closed-door, long-term care facility. The role focuses on preparing and managing medications to ensure accurate and timely delivery to residents. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Brockton, MA, offering day shifts with a consistent schedule and rotating weekends.

Job Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
- Prepare medications in appropriate packaging such as blister packs and unit-dose for resident delivery
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications while monitoring storage conditions and expiration dates
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records
- Manage a high-volume workload efficiently (approximately 600 prescriptions per day)
- Utilize Frameworks software system (training provided)
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license
- PTCB certification preferred
- Pharmacy technician experience required
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting
