Requirements (Non-Negotiable)\n\nExperience: 2+ years RT experience\n\nNICU experience within last year required\n\nCertifications: RRT or CRT, VT RT license, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (required at submission)\n\nEMR: Epic experience within last 2 years\n\nPatient Population: All ages (NICU, ICU, ED)\n\nVentilator Management: RT-managed\n\nAdditional Notes\n\nNo self-scheduling or block schedules\n\nBi-weekly orientation (Monday)\n\nIVS to offer\n\nReliable transportation required (no public transit)\n\nSnow/all-season tires required Nov–Apr\n\nFull work history and gaps >90 days must be explained
