Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $26.98 – $43.17/hour (commensurate with experience)

Annual Range: $56,118 – $89,793 (CAP at 10+ years of experience)

Starting Bonus: Available

Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week; (Shift varies between departments)

Orientation: 4–6 week comprehensive onboarding before independent floor shifts

Job Summary
We’re seeking passionate Registered Nurses for immediate openings in the Emergency Room, with additional opportunities in Pediatrics, Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Oncology, and Labour & Delivery/Obstetrics & Gynecology.
In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team dedicated to delivering expert, compassionate care when it matters most. You’ll assess, plan, and coordinate patient care across all stages of treatment, ensuring safety, quality, and teamwork every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and professional nursing care to assigned patients
- Plan, direct, and evaluate all aspects of nursing care for your unit and shift
- Ensure seamless continuity of care between departments and shifts
- Maintain clear communication and positive collaboration with all team members
- Adhere to hospital policies and participate in continuous quality improvement
- Support ongoing staff education and skill development initiatives
- Accurately document patient information and maintain medical records
Minimum Requirements
- Associate Degree or higher
- Minimum of 1 year in any of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- EHR Implementation
- Other EMR platforms
- Registered Nurse License in New Hampshire
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
