Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling, including framing, finish carpentry, and general carpentry duties. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential construction and remodeling projects.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to determine project specifications.

Frame walls, install windows and doors, build decks, and assist with additions and renovations.

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision.

Collaborate with project managers and other crew members to ensure quality and timely project completion.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies on job sites.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
