Our client is seeking an inpatient clinical/staff acute care inpatient hospital pharmacist. Work a desirable Day/Evening shift.BS or PharmD with previous experience as a registered pharmacist in the hospital setting. Completion of a Residency is preferred.

This is located in the beautiful state of Vermont.

Requirements of the Inpatient Pharmacist

• Bachelor of Science degree or Pharm D. Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school.
• Previous experience as a registered pharmacist in the hospital setting is preferred.
• Pharmacy residency is preferred

Qualifications for the Hospital Pharmacist

• Excel in Microsoft office suites such as Word and Excel.
• Recognizes and reports practice deviations to improve the medication system.
• Communication with pharmacy, nursing, medical staff and other health professionals (within the hospital and community) will be significant.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served. The skills and knowledge needed to provide such care may be gained through education, training or experience.
