3 Degrees Infrared Sauna Studio Hudson, located in Hudson, NH, is seeking a full-time Infrared Sauna Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure the highest level of service and performance. We are looking for a results-driven leader with proven management experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to maintain both operational excellence and a positive work environment.

INFRARED SAUNA MANAGER: YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will ensure the studio opens and closes properly and that all operational standards are consistently met. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling employees through ADP, as well as managing marketing efforts for social media and promotions through our software. Each day will involve reviewing daily studio totals, overseeing all membership sales, and ensuring membership accounts are properly maintained. You will actively build partnerships within the community and maintain ongoing communication with the franchise. Additionally, you will perform basic sauna repairs when needed or coordinate maintenance work orders to ensure the studio remains in peak condition.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2+ years of prior management experience
- Proficiency with social media and Canva
- Strong leadership skills with a high-energy personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage employee schedules using ADP
- Skilled in checking daily studio totals, tracking sales, and maintaining memberships
- Capability of performing basic sauna repairs and coordinating maintenance when needed
YOUR HOURS AS AN INFRARED SAUNA MANAGER
This is a full-time role, will require flexibility in your schedule, Monday-Saturday. Night and weekend shifts will be necessary until the studio is fully staffed.
