Job Description
Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product quality. Monitor production processes to identify deviations from quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Review and approve batch records, specifications, and documentation. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to improve product quality. Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as FDA, GMP, and ISO. Document and report findings, including defects and corrective actions. Support internal and external audits. Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in nutraceuticals or food manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, ISO).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site work at least 1 day a week, preferably 2 days. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm, with some flexibility when working remotely on start and end times.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hadley, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
