The Epicor ERP Administrator team member will take part in implementation and maintenance of Epicor (CMS) ERP System by assisting in training super users on application components, liaison with Century Arms and Epicor for support and projects. This is a full-time, on-premises position located in Fairfax Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide application support via case tracking system, phone, and email to end users.
- Serve as a first point of contact for our users in managing all service requests and trouble tickets for Epicor.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving user trouble tickets with Customer service excellence.
- Review outstanding issues, ensuring implementation manager is kept informed of progress.
- Provide user training when required in every module of Epicor.
- Design plans and procedures to help avoid problems before they happen.
- Craft detailed standard operating procedures and step by step instruction guides for each module in Epicor.
- Assist implementation manager in quality control checks to ensure issues do not spiral downhill.
- Ensure that everyone who works in the system becomes comfortable and confident with Epicor and can be able to trouble shoot on their own.
- Recommend and implement functionality to ensure the team is working efficiently.
- Review data to ensure that DMT imports are correct ahead of time.
- Drive Epicor implementation service improvements by analyzing feedback and implementing changes to enhance user satisfaction.
- Assist/maintain/develop various projects within the IT dept. as needed.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Support and adhere to all ISO standards applicable to the Company.
- Adheres to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.
- Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment directed by the Company at all times.
- Demonstrates sound working knowledge of firearms safety.
- Maintains and keeps workstation and department area clean.
- Immediately reports any maintenance and/or safety issues to Management.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude toward co-workers, other departments and the Company.
- Maintains respect, courtesy and professionalism toward all co-workers and the Company.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with co-workers and management.
- Actively participate and support the 5S process within the work area on a daily basis.
- Occasional travel to Vermont facility
- Other duties will be assigned as required.
Qualifications & Knowledge Required

- Minimum 3 years working experience in technical /application support role with Epicor CMS or similar manufacturing ERP.
- Must have experience working in a manufacturing industry.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and advanced skill set in Excel.
- Be knowledgeable with the entire Quote to Cash functionality and MES stations.
- Understand MRP settings and the outcome of each.
- Have skill set to be considered a super user in Epicor.
- Have prior experience implementing production related modules in the Epicor CMS system (or similar)
- Communicate effectively to all levels of team members
- Excellent Active listening skills to provide the best solution.
- Experience in firearm industry a big plus
