Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Rochester, New Hampshire.

Position: LPN - LTC
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Schedule:

• Week 1: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat
• Week 2: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri
• Every Other Weekend Required

Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Submission Requirements:

• Resume – Updated and complete
• License Verification – Active and valid
• Skills Checklist – Completed within the last 12 months
• 2 References – Supervisor or peer
