An exciting opportunity is available for a seasoned Registered Nurse with specialized expertise in Operating Room (OR) nursing. This role is ideal for candidates who are proficient in both scrub and circulating duties and bring a solid background in orthopedic and neurological surgical procedures. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years current Operating Room nursing experience is mandatory.
• Skilled in both scrub and circulating responsibilities within the OR.
• Experience with orthopedic and neurological cases is preferred.
• Proficient in using EPIC EMR for efficient patient record management.
• Possession of ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Valid New Hampshire RN license required; compact license holders may be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide competent perioperative nursing care in orthopedic and neurological surgeries.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Operate within EPIC EMR to document and manage patient information.
• Adhere to hospital policies for holiday coverage, assisting during major holidays as specified.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract.
• Four 10-hour day shifts per week, including a rotation for late shifts.
• Travelers are expected to cover specific holiday shifts including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years periods.
