Crystal Springs is on the hunt for a dedicated hard worker to join our Assonet, MA residential facility as a full-time Floor Technician! BECOMING A FLOOR TECHNICIAN
This entry-level position earns $17 - $19/hour. You typically work Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with occasional evening or weekend shifts.
Our Floor Technician is responsible for keeping our facility's floors clean and hygienic. Safety is your top priority as you use various cleaning machinery and supplies to remove grime and make the flooring shine. This is a hands-on role where your efforts directly contribute to a pleasant and uplifting living environment!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to safely operate a variety of floor cleaning equipment and machinery
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, lifting heavy equipment, and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle
- English communication skills and ability to coordinate with other departments
- Ability to work independently
1+ years of relevant experience would be preferred. A high school degree or equivalent would also be a plus.
