Evening Shift Pharmacist | Contract-to-Hire | Foxborough, MA

Start Date: As soon as possible
Assignment Type: 13+ week contract with strong potential for permanent placement
Facility: Closed-door, Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Location: Foxborough, Massachusetts

A long-term care pharmacy in Foxborough is hiring for an evening shift Staff Pharmacist. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a steady work pace, and a passion for accuracy in medication dispensing. Whether youre an experienced pharmacist or a new graduate, this is a great opportunity to grow in a supportive, high-volume environment.

Key Details:

• Environment: Closed-door LTC setting

• Daily Volume: Approximately 600 prescriptions/day

• Software Platform: Frameworks (training available for those unfamiliar)

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform initial verification of prescriptions in Frameworks

• Conduct final checks before dispensing

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and workflow standards

Schedule Options:

• Monday through Friday: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

• Weekend Shift: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (one weekend per month required)

Candidate Requirements:

• Clear, active Massachusetts Pharmacist License

• Previous pharmacy experience (LTC or retail preferred)

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting

• New pharmacy graduates are welcome to apply
