Front Desk Associate Department:
Front Office Reports To: Front Office Manager
Status: Hourly
Job Summary Delivers exceptional service at check-in/out and throughout the stay; resolves inquiries, processes payments, and coordinates with hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities Welcome guests; manage check-in/out accurately.
Answer calls; support reservations and local guidance.
Process payments; maintain accurate folios.
Coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering for guest needs.
Resolve/escort service issues professionally.
Maintain lobby/front desk cleanliness and readiness.
Follow brand and property procedures.
Qualifications HS diploma/GED; hospitality/customer service preferred.
Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills (PMS a plus).
Friendly, professional, team-oriented.
Flexible shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays.
Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods; lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionally.
