Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location:Lynn, Massachusetts
Position Type: Full-Time, School-Year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join ourteam. Theideal candidate will have experience working with diverse learners, strong skills in differentiated instruction, and a passion for literacy development in grades K-12

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted instruction to students with IEPs in an inclusive and/or pull-out setting.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans in collaboration with the IEP team.

• Use data-driven strategies to assess student progress and adapt instruction as needed.

• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student success.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure pliance with all state and federal special education regulations.

• Foster a positive, supportive, and respectful classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred).

• Massachusetts Teaching Certification Required

• Experience teaching all grade levels

• Strong understanding of evidence-based literacy practices and multi-tiered systems of support.

• Excellent munication, organization, and collaboration skills.
