Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time) – Essex County, MA


We’re seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative, mission-driven team serving individuals with complex communication and feeding needs. Position Highlights:

  • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
  • Multidisciplinary teamwork with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, educators, and medical staff
  • Opportunities to work with AAC users and individuals with dysphagia

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing assessments and interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress reports
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and participate in ongoing training
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience with AAC and dysphagia a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
