Job Description
This is a full-time Shop motor and pump technician position. As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment. You will be required to diagnose problems, perform part replacements, and carry out necessary repairs. You will work closely with the team to ensure all systems are working efficiently.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment including pumps, and motors
Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and as a team member
Attention to detail and time management skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
