What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus!)
- 3–7 years of site/civil design experience in land development or construction.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and site design software.
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and municipal permitting.
- Excellent communication and project management skills—your ability to coordinate is key!
