Emergency Room RN needed to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients of all ages (newborn through geriatric) in a busy Level III Trauma Center (20 beds, ~26,000 visits/year). The nurse will be responsible for rapid assessment, stabilization, and coordination of care with pre-hospital and in-hospital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered emergency care across the life span.
• Manage vents, drips, and acute care interventions.
• Collaborate with EMS, physicians, and trauma teams for seamless patient handoffs.
• Triage, monitor, and manage patients with high acuity needs.
• Document care in EPIC EMR.
• Adhere to hospital safety and infection control standards.
• Work every other weekend and holidays as assigned.Ax
