Job Description

· 3 years of maintenance / construction experience.

· Ability to use construction and maintenance equipment including; power tools, hand tools and plumbing tools.

· Collaborate with maintenance team and contractors.

· Follow written and verbal instructions from maintenance manager.

· Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies as needed.

· Assist in installing equipment, appliances and furniture as needed.

· Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb and be comfortable on ladders and staging, bend, kneel, etc.

· Follow OSHA and company safety rules.

· Ability to do snow removal and landscaping as needed.

· HVAC filter replacements and drain cleaning.

· Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
