Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
- Deliver age-specific, direct patient care.
- Provide nursing care using the Nursing Process in accordance with Department of Nursing Standards and Specialty-Specific Standards of Patient Care.
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation of tasks to appropriate staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and healthcare policies.
Requirements:
Certifications:
- ACLS – Active prior to contract start date
- BLS – Active prior to contract start date
- PALS or ENPC – Active prior to contract start date
- If not active, a course must be booked by the time of Clinical Orientation (start of assignment)
Licensure:
- Active RN license
Education:
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
