Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:

$46.03 - $99.14

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. &nbsp;The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. &nbsp;This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Essential Job Functions

<li>Follow-up on assigned functional skills training in a timely manner as determined by contract.</li>
<li>Assess consumers and/or surrogate ability to manage PCA services.</li>
<li>Train consumers and/or surrogates the skills needed to manage their PCA program as outlined in the Mass Health Service Agreement and according to the Personal Care Management (PCM) Contract.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality in all consumer related issues.</li>
<li>Attend in-service, supervision and staff development meetings when requested by Supervisor or Manager.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of program policies and procedures and Mass Health regulations.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a commitment to the Independent Living philosophy of consumer control.</li>
<li>Must report all suspected incidents of consumer sexual/physical abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC).</li>
