Who You’ll Work With
As a Senior/Lead PFE software engineer, you will collaborate and work with customers, product management and engineers to design and build novel packet forwarding features in EOS that help networks run effectively and efficiently. You will need to understand the packet forwarding architecture in depth and figure out how to apply it optimally to solve customer problems. You will design the packet forwarding flow, design data structures and algorithms to render the packet forwarding state used by the forwarding engine for efficiency and scale, and tie it all together with the higher layers. &nbsp;

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Mobility Engineer to join our team. This person will serve as the primary engineer for our Android devices and will help ensure a stable, consistent experience across all mobile platforms. They will support these devices across 254 (and growing) clubs, and Ambient/Perishable Distribution Centers.
 Responsibilities:

<li>Expertise in Workspace One (WSOne):&nbsp;Extensive hands-on experience with Airwatch/Workspace One, preferably in a retail environment. Experience with Wavelink is a plus.</li>

<li>Prepare and deliver effective, timely, meaningful communications (written and verbal) throughout the project lifecycle to project participants, senior leadership, and the organization.</li>
<li> Identify and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.</li>
<li> Define project success criteria and disseminate these to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle</li>
<li>Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, consistent, and meaningful manner</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance to run the planning and budgeting process of project(s) through the year and assess where we are on a monthly basis</li>
<li>Manage the budget and plans on a regular basis and escalate and problem solve where needed</li>
<li>Manage and maintain standard outputs created by teams for the budgeting and planning process</li>
<li>Rigorously manage ongoing work against timelines, spend, and value that is being delivered on a regular basis and cascade reporting across all levels of the organization.</li>
<li> Keep pace with emerging program and portfolio management trends and best practices.</li>
<li> Ensure project(s) &amp; project documentations meet all audit and compliance requirements&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>10+ years related experience</li>
<li>Experience managing large SAP MDG implementation programs or experience managing large retail Supply Chain implementations</li>
<li>Experience executing large scale implementations using both waterfall and agile methodologies and practices</li>
</ul>
This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
 In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $134,000.00.
