Shift Leader Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, our Shift Leaders are the champions of better burgers! In this role you will:</li>
<li>Manage the performance of both FOH &amp; BOH employees</li>
<li>Promote a fun and positive work environment</li>
<li>Manage the effectiveness of people focused processes and systems</li>
<li>Provide initial and ongoing training to all employees within the unit utilizing SmashConnect, LMS, and 4 step method of training&nbsp;</li>
<li>Reward and recognizes employee performance that exceeds company standards</li>
<li>Manage with integrity the daily completion of operational check lists to include</li>
<li>Line checks and uniform standards</li>
<li>Opening/closing check lists</li>
<li>Safe and deposit logs</li>
<li>Manage the guest experience metrics (NPS and OSAT)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage FSC operational standards daily</li>
<li>Ensure all food safety standards are followed &amp; in compliance with local health depts.</li>
<li>Exemplify guest service on each shift of the day and communicates SIZZLE service standards to the employees</li>
<li>Manage the successful onboarding and training for all new employees</li>
<li>Follow COGS management procedures for food ordering and inventory</li>

Shift Leader Requirements

<li>90-day completion of train the trainer course</li>
