<li>Operate and maintain high-powered electric-driven machinery and other post-harvest equipment.</li>
<li>Train team members on post-harvest processes and procedures as needed, ensuring proper adherence to company standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with supervisors to report progress, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.</li>

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 2 years of experience in the cannabis or agricultural industry preferred; prior experience in post-harvest or processing roles is an asset.
