Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Store Manager for our Clarins Factory Store in Wrentham Village Premium Outlets located in Wrentham, MA.

The role:

The Store Manager represents and grows our prestigious brand, leading a team that serves as ambassadors of Clarins’ unique values and heritage. In this role, the Store Manager ensures the team delivers an exceptional Clarins experience to every customer while achieving both collective and individual performance targets. The Store Manager is accountable for the boutique’s P&L, overall operations, and the achievement of defined quantitative and qualitative objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Sales performance & customer experience
    1. Lead by example to deliver the Clarins Client Experience, drive individual and store sales/occupancy targets, link product and treatment recommendations, and promote all Clarins channels to maximize customer recruitment and loyalty.
  • Financial, inventory & reporting accountability
    1. Own P&L responsibilities by managing monthly inventories, stock levels, cash flow and sales reporting, analyzing results and implementing action plans to improve performance.
  • Team leadership & development
    1. Recruit, schedule and coach a high-performing Clarins store team, managing performance, careers, grooming standards and staffing to ensure full coverage and ongoing skills development.
  • Business planning & stakeholder relations
    • Plan and execute retailtainment and promotional activities, communicate sales objectives to the team, and maintain strong relationships with mall management and external partners.
  • Operations & visual merchandising
    1. Oversee daily store operations and visual merchandising to maintain an on‑brand, tidy point‑of‑sale environment that supports conversion and peak‑period readiness.

You are:

You have:

  • 10 years of retail experience, including
    1. A minimum of 7 years as sales staff
    2. A minimum of 3 years managing a team
  • Bilingual a plus!
  • Experience in skin care and make-up application
  • Ability to deliver high level of customer experience.
  • Experience managing a team to achieve monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player skills
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback and suggestions for improving your work.
  • A strong sense of integrity and a proven ability to act in accordance with our values.

Salary: $67,000 – $75,000
