Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".

Here's how the training program will work:
A Store Manager in Training will be required to complete a comprehensive training program within our Company Network. The program is designed to prepare a Store Manager and acclimate them to the Company before assuming the full responsibility of a Store Manager position. Employees in training can expect the program to last 1-3 months, however timing will be catered to each trainee's specific needs.
The training program will include the following:
<ul>
<li>Working alongside Training Managers in high-volume locations, gaining insight and best practices for managing a Dunkin' location</li>
<li>Completing HR training to demonstrate knowledge of employment law and Company policies.</li>
<li>Obtaining ServSafe Certification and completing Allergen Awareness Training</li>
<li>Working a variety of shifts, alongside team members, putting leadership training to practice</li>
<li>Demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of all positions within a Dunkin' location.</li>
</ul>
Here's what the Store Manager position will require after training:
<ul>
<li>Performs all responsibilities of restaurant team members</li>
<li>Ensures daily that the store is open and staffed appropriately, the store is clean, inventory levels are appropriate, and equipment is working properly</li>
<li>Ensures an exceptional level of food, service, ambiance and overall customer and associate satisfaction</li>
<li>Ensures that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with brand and company standards</li>
<li>Interviews and selects HR Approved job candidates for open team member positions</li>
<li>Delivers training to restaurant team members</li>
<li>Maintains effective communication and positive associate relations</li>
<li>Monitors progress towards Company sales, payroll, and food cost goals</li>
<li>Completes store payroll, cash, and operational tasks daily</li>
<li>Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws</li>
</ul>
Management Responsibilities Include:

<li>Recruit, hire, and develop restaurant team members</li>
<li>Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Fluent in spoken and written English</li>
<li>Previous experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
</ul>

Rotate product, condense and stock displays, maintain shelf, pack out all client deliveries, place new orders as required. Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.
