Overview
This position is a sales consultant role that will assist retail customers that browse the showroom, as well as answering questions for customers on the phone. As the candidate gains experience, they will be expected to assist customers on the phone, and build their own loyal customer base of contractors and architects. Other duties may include assisting with shipping and receiving. The right candidate will enjoy working with customers and problem solving to assist customers with the best functional hardware for their application. This position will start out as a part time position, but can grow into a full time position with benefits for the right candidates.
Responsibilities and Duties
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Great customer service skills</li>
<li>Excellent phone skills</li>
<li>End-to-end Management of order process</li>
<li>Approximately 30-40 hours/week to start</li>
<li>Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday</li>
<li>Knowledge of home décor/design, locks and functional hardware is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Quickbooks is a plus</li>
</ul>
 AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
<ul>
<li>Assist retail client in-store with selecting cabinet and/or lock hardware</li>
<li>Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat sales and grow your customer accounts</li>
<li>Enter orders into ordering system, and track order flow and status</li>
<li>Communicate order status with customers and notify them when their orders are ready</li>
<li>Assist with shipping/receiving of inventory shipments</li>
</ul>

<li>At least 1-3 years’ experience in sales or a similar field</li>
<li>An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people</li>

Job Description
Seafood Processors at North Coast are the backbone of our operation, making-up the majority of our workforce on the production floor. While duties and responsibilities vary based on department, the work of a Seafood Processor is what enables us to produce top-quality seafood products, at high-volume, to customers all over the country.
Seafood Processors learn most types of production duties within a given department and are trained to work efficiently and effectively. Most Seafood Processors work in teams on a production line. Duties include everything from trimming fish to operating machinery.
The PM Seafood Processors work a 3rd shift, starting in the early afternoon and work through the evening; may work past midnight (until production end).

Requirements

<li>Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals</li>
<li>Exposure to temperatures: &lt;32 degrees Fahrenheit</li>
<li>Ability to work in wet and dry conditions</li>
<li>Ability to work Monday-Friday, weekends when needed</li>
<li>Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives</li>
