Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports,” was formed in 1992 to deliver high quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States. FMC operates 25 public ice-skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions.
 
FMC is looking for Lead Instructors to work under the general supervision of each program's Supervisor. These positions assist or instruct groups and related lessons for FMC learn to skate and/or learn to play programs. General responsibilities will include interacting with children and adults, demonstrating proper skating techniques, and performing various customer experience related duties.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Educates the public to the habits and attitudes of safe ice activities.</li>
<li>Accurately evaluates placements of students for skating instructions.</li>

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

<li>Previous experience assisting or teaching skating classes is preferred.</li>
<li>Applicants must be able to ice skate proficiently. Figure skaters should have achieved and passed ISI Freestyle 4 or USFS Freeskate 4 and up. Hockey players should have participated in multiple years of formal league play.</li>

Compensation: Base pay range: $22 - $32 per hour for instructor-related work. Pay based on experience and industry-related qualifications. Pay range for non-instructor-related work is $16-$17 per hour based on Instructor level.

 Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring, and providing support on a variety of complex federal, state, county and city regulatory licensing compliance policies and procedures for the healthcare industry. Maintains records, compiles information, and submits the necessary forms in order to keep licenses and permits active, and to ensure the timely submission of renewal forms and supporting documentation to regulatory agencies in order to guarantee licenses and license renewals. Responsibilities will also include assisting the Managed Care Department with credentialing and recredentialing functions with a variety of Payers. Management and maintenance of pharmacy profiles on NCPDP and NPI websites.
 Major duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage licensing compliance requirements and permits for pharmacies and home health
agencies at all levels: federal, state, county, and city, including but not limited to:
<ul>
<li> State Board of Pharmacy</li>
<li> State Board of Nursing</li>
<li> Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)</li>
<li> Medicare</li>
<li> Medicaid</li>
<li> County Business Licenses</li>
<li> Business Licenses</li>
<li> Alarm Permits</li>
<li> Clinical Laboratory Improvement (CLIA)</li>
</ul>
2. Maintenance of NCPDP and NPI websites uploading of new licenses/permits, ensuring demographic and changes of Ownership (CHOW), location and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), Nursing Administrator and/or Director of Nursing information is submitted and current.
3. Manage and submit ownership disclosures for credentialing applications for new Payer contracts. Manage and track all requests for re-credentialing information and ownership disclosures as required.
4. Other duties as assigned.
 
Skills and abilities:
• Basic knowledge of business compliance regulatory framework
• Knowledge in all aspects of healthcare industry federal, state, county and city rules and regulations pertaining to the operations of home infusion pharmacies and home health agencies.
• Excellent writing skills, ability to communicate effectively with branch managers and governmental agencies processing personnel.
• Highly organized
• Excellent judgment and professionalism
• Ability to communicate with individuals at various levels
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and utmost confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to serve as a liaison with key internal stakeholders, Pharmacists in Charge, Nursing Administrators and Directors of Nursing, attorneys, and external organizations
• Superior ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines daily
• Continuously monitors changes and evaluates specific activities that may have an impact on the current licenses: including but not limited to relocations, change of ownership, company name changes, dba's, and changes of Pharmacist in Charge, Nursing Administrators and Directors of Nursing. Submit documentation as required.
• Proficient with computer applications, such as Windows, Excel and Word
 Education and/or experience:
• Bachelor's Degree required (Healthcare or Legal field preferred)
• At least 2+ years State Board licensing experience preferred (Pharmacy or any healthcare entity)
• At least 1+ regulatory compliance and/or credentialing experience preferred
