RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>H.S. Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. </li>
<li>CPR, First Aid and AED or obtain within (3) three months. </li>
<li>Ability to work with a diverse population and exhibit core YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.</li>

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Some college coursework completed. </li>
<li>Previous experience in a health and wellness environment.</li>

Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds for short periods of time. Frequently exposed to fitness or machinery and cleaning chemicals directly; ability to conduct classes and activities relating to fitness. Employee is exposed to noise and fluctuating temperatures.
