Follow all class formats on time as they have been designed from the beginning to the end of class.

Maintain all equipment used in all Group Fitness rooms and assist in keeping all rooms in proper order.

Follow department procedures for attendance (be punctual for all classes), cleanliness, locking exercise rooms, maintenance and storage of all equipment used in all Group Fitness rooms and assisting in keeping all rooms in proper order.

QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

After 90 days of employment, complete and document 1 Blue Carpet Trainer Checklist per month (paid at then current camp rate) Continuously provide Feedback to other members of the training and burn ambassador team through the Feedback Loop Use Social Media to keep members engaged and promote brand (highlight camps/members, Facebook live videos, promotional posts, educational posts) with at least one post per shift Convert promotional clients and free trials to members and work with the Studio Manager and Burn Ambassadors to maximize the client experience. Have a high level of understanding and presence on social media. Perform Focus Meetings with a minimum of 10% of the active members. The goal is reaching a minimum 80% of members individually, working in tandem with the other training staff. Have weekly touchpoints with the training staff to align on Protocol/Programming, provide any feedback from clients while assisting them in the moment, and remain updated on current focuses. Return equipment and organize gym at the end of morning/evening camps to keep the gym orderly. Promptly report facility and equipment needs to the Lead Trainer, i.e. damaged equipment, holes in walls, etc.</li>
