FMC is looking for Lead Instructors to work under the general supervision of each program's Supervisor. These positions assist or instruct groups and related lessons for FMC learn to skate and/or learn to play programs. Classes are held in a 3,500 sq ft room inside of the club, equipped with a rig, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, and all of the equipment you would expect in a CrossFit Box!
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Coaching and leading athletes through a WOD (workout of the day).</li>
<li>Handling all issues pertaining to training under the Fit Factory training philosophy.</li>
<li>Coaches will be held accountable for logging athletes into class before/after class.</li>

Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge in all aspects of Personal Training</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills</li>
<li>L1 or L2 CF Certification Required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and experience with functional training</li>
</ul>
EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li>6 months to 1 year of Personal Training experience is preferred</li>
<li>Current Personal Training Certification or related degree(s)</li>
<li>Minimum 1-2 recent work references</li>
</ul>
