Fitness Coach:
As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically predesigned workouts for up to 36 members per session. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple clients in a group setting, and produce a high-energy and positive experience for our members. An OTF Coach must focus on a well-rounded theory of fitness, including endurance, strength, and power, using the tools given to optimize the member’s experience and results.
Fitness Coaches are leaders of the Orangetheory workouts. This requires them to be on their feet leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout. In the weight room, coaches must demonstrate all exercises for members which can involve but is not limited to: Bosu balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, or other fitness equipment.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. Job Responsibilities:

The Allard Center YMCA of Goffstown is seeking Lifeguards and Swim Instructors to join our supportive team creating positive impacts in our community. We offer flexible shifts to meet the needs of your busy schedule! This is an opportunity for leaders looking to build key skills, boost a resume and make a difference in the lives of others. Training and certification provided for new hires not yet certified.
 
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:
Lifeguards and Swim Instructors must be able to supervise swimmers, minimize dangers, educate members about water safety, enforce rules and regulations, prepare records and reports, and provide assistance whenever needed. Staff have the ability to be trained as either a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor, or both for interested candidates. Lifeguards provide the safest possible environment for YMCA members and participants in the pool area. Swim Instructors are responsible for teaching groups of children, ages 3-12years old in basic swimming and water safety skills. Curriculum provided, prior experience swimming or working with children preferred.
 
Responsibilities:
