FMC operates 25 public ice-skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions.
 
FMC is looking for Lead Instructors to work under the general supervision of each program's Supervisor. These positions assist or instruct groups and related lessons for FMC learn to skate and/or learn to play programs. General responsibilities will include interacting with children and adults, demonstrating proper skating techniques, and performing various customer experience related duties.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Fit Factory is looking for an experienced fitness professional to lead our Personal Training Department. The position is Full-Time and includes managing sales and operations of the program.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Perform 40 and/or 60-minute Personal Training sessions to members using functional training as a base model for member exercise plans</li>
<li>Conduct Fitness Consultations with members to introduce the personal training program.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain a great working environment to ensure high client results and retention.</li>
<li>Must be available and maintain working during peak times (ex. Morning and Evening</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Fit Factory is looking for a Personal Trainer with Part-time or Full-time availability. An ideal candidate should have plenty experience working 1-on-1 with clients in a health club atmosphere.
 
 
Requirements:

<li>Implement a comprehensive exercise plan for each client.</li>
