We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Security Associate to join our growing team in the Greater Boston area. This is a full-time position, scheduled from 11:00PM to 07:00AM, with required availability to work every other weekend. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

<li>Conducting interior and exterior tours of the properties.</li>
<li>Maintaining a general security presence and visual deterrence.</li>
<li>Monitoring CCTV Cameras.</li>
<li>Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service to all clients and their guests.</li>
<li>Writing time-sensitive detailed daily Shift Logs or After-Action Reports and generating Incident Reports as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with both clients and members of the public.</li>
</ul>
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Must own several dark-colored suits.</li>
<li>Must have a reliable form of transportation.</li>
<li>Must be well-groomed and present a professional image.</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.</li>
<li>CPR, First Aid, and AED training are a plus but not mandatory as all employees will receive training.</li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>Able to stand for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Ability to climb and descent stairways.</li>
<li>Be able to respond quickly and professionally to assistance requests.</li>
