<li>Perform cleaning&nbsp;duties&nbsp;to maintain reception desk, waiting areas, retail shop, fitness center, locker rooms, pool and other recreation areas throughout shift&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist guest service concerns as they arise to address any operational problems.</li>
<li>Inspect and upkeep the facilities including general cleanliness and report equipment maintenance</li>
<li>Perform duties to maximize safety and minimize risk to self and others.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Comply with all resort policies, procedures and standards of operations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, and ethics in dealing with guests and co-workers</li>
<li>Comply with department dress code to include neatness, name tag, and&nbsp;hygiene</li>
<li>Launder spa linens and fitness center laundry as needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to receive&nbsp;constructive&nbsp;feedback and training to ensure quality and safety</li>
<li>Performance of all special projects as requested by spa management or resort&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;management</li>

Job Requirements:

<li>Good clerical and math&nbsp;skills&nbsp;-required&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiencies in Microsoft systems: Word, Publisher, Excel, One Drive, Outlook&nbsp;-&nbsp;required&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with&nbsp;SpaSoft&nbsp;or other related reservations/POS systems&nbsp;--preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent organization and guest service skills&nbsp;- required&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with guests on&nbsp;an individual&nbsp;and group basis -&nbsp;required&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be&nbsp;able to maintain flexibility in schedule to meet guest occupancy and staffing&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;demands to include weekends and holidays&nbsp;-required&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

The expected pay range is&nbsp;$20.00/hr - $21.78/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
