As a Human Resources Generalist, you will focus on building strong employee relationships, providing guidance and counseling to staff across campus, and ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws. You will handle outplacement counseling and exit interviews, oversee training and performance management, and facilitate onboarding for new employees. You will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain essential reports and logs to meet EEO and BRC regulations, and work on department-wide process improvements. Additionally, you will use ADP Workforce Now to manage HRIS functions, ensuring that employee records are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements for a Human Resources Generalist:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of HR Generalist experience or a combination of education, training, and experience</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field</li>
<li>Expertise in ADP Workforce Now</li>
<li>Experience handling employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance</li>
<li>Strong ability to manage communication between departments and employees</li>
<li>Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
</ul>
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. 
A contract opening is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services in an educational setting. This role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, starting ASAP through June 14, 2023. Candidates should have certification and experience in pediatric speech-language pathology and be prepared to work in various school environments.
Key qualifications include:

<li>Certification as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)</li>
<li>Experience in pediatric speech-language services, especially within school or healthcare settings</li>
<li>Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams to support diverse student needs</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to children across multiple school settings, either full-time or part-time as assigned</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students communication needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote speech and language development</li>
