Job Summary:
Performs routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on a variety of utilities (gas, water, sewer, electrical), commercial kitchen, building electro-mechanical systems, fixtures and equipment. Show the ability to perform these tasks in an unsupervised environment. Must have and use good common sense and decision making in the face of adverse system and equipment failures.

<li>Shift and Schedule Availability:  Full Time, Year Round</li>
<li>Skill Level: Intermediate</li>

Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform maintenance on and in commercial buildings and their associated systems including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, fixtures and general repairs.</li>
<li>Perform maintenance on pumps, filters, tanks, and pipes associated with a domestic drinking water systems</li>
<li>Perform maintenance on building heating and ventilation systems and associated controls</li>
<li>Perform maintenance on commercial kitchen cooking equipment</li>
<li>Perform Maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment</li>
<li>Assist in the trouble shooting and diagnose problems with building electrical systems</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated and able to manage a seasonally high work load.</li>
<li>Exhibit strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Work with Mountain Services Coordinators to facilitate purchasing necessary materials to perform tasks.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School graduate or equivalent - required</li>
<li>Three years’ experience in the HVA/C &amp; R or Plumbing or related trade. – preferred</li>
<li>Possession of a certification in CFC handling- required</li>
<li>Colorado State Water Operators Class “C” and Water Distribution Level 2 - preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of operating a DDC or BMS systems and the use of a computer based work order system. - preferred</li>
<li>Read, write, speak English - required</li>
<li>Valid state issued driver's license – required</li>
<li>Intermediate skier or snowboarder - preferred</li>
</ul>
The expected pay range is&nbsp;$20.80 - $28.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
