CONTROLLER Reporting to the Owners, this position will lead financial reporting and financial management. Directly responsible for financial statements, insurance, retirement plan, payroll, financing, projections, cash management, compliance, external audits, IT management, all accounting applications and managing the accounting staff. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with construction experience preferred. Five plus years experience in accounting required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven knowledge of Microsoft suite and the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of SAGE 300 CRE a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
